young bottle cap warranty:

Any young bottle cap that breaks or fails for any reason, will be repaired or replaced  free of charge.  Contact us prior to sending your cap, maybe we can just send you a part.   If you just need replacement silicone stoppers, seal or a baffle cap, click here for a parts list and ordering information.  Other young bottle products carry their own specific warranties.

Returning your cap:

Package the cap securely in a padded shipping bag (large packages are less likely to be lost or misplaced in transit.)  Do Not include the bottle. When we receive your cap it will be promptly repaired or replaced free of charge.  We want the cap to see if the design can be improved. 

young bottle 18-8 stainless bottle warranty:

If your young bottle 18-8 stainless bottle leaks, regardless of age or condition, it will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.  The finish and dents however are Zen like.  Wabi Sabi.  It is the beauty of the thing, imperfect, never the same and never completed.  Cherish it, because it is not covered by this warranty.

 Returning your stainless bottle:

Package the bottle securely in a box. Do not include the cap. Do not use a padded shipping bag because damage not covered by warranty can occur in transit.

Where to send it:

• Include your name, address, telephone number and email address on a note inside the package.
• Include $5.00 shipping and handling charge.
